1 General Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using pk3.biz, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this platform.

Pk3 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & User Eligibility

To open an account with pk3, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Incorrect details will cause account verification to fail and may result in withdrawals being blocked.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify our support team immediately.

Pk3 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account. National ID or passport details may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on pk3 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking — Both personal and merchant accounts supported
• Nagad — Direct mobile banking transfer
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking)

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100, and a maximum per-transaction limit applies. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if a security check is required or unusual activity is detected.

Pk3 does not charge any payment processing fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges, which are beyond pk3's control.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Pk3 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you must read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is automatically credited with the first deposit.
• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — certain games may be excluded from bonus balance wagering.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same individual or household is not permitted.
• Pk3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All pk3 games operate to international standards. Our RNG system is regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure every game outcome is fully random and unbiased.

Live dealer games use real-time video streaming. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game session is prohibited.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect amount being credited or deducted, pk3 reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

In the event of a dispute over game results, system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3. Any involvement may result in account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyber attack on the system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Soliciting money from third parties using the pk3 name
